  Day 2: Forests — The Living Breath of Our Cradle From the shelter of Mother Nature, we step beneath the shelter of her forests. In my last  BLOG   on the topic MOTHER NATURE , I wrote about Mother Nature as our cradle—the first space that holds us, nourishes us, and quietly teaches us how to live. Today, I want to walk a little deeper into that cradle. I want to enter a forest. A forest is not merely a large group of trees. It is a living world built on patience, balance, memory, and connection. The moment we step beneath its canopy, the noise of our hurried lives begins to fade. The air feels different. The light changes. Even silence has a voice there. Forests remind us that life does not always need to rush in order to grow. A tree does not compete with the morning. It does not hurry the rain.
